About TASI

The Trust & Safety India Festival (TASI) is India’s first civil society–led national convening dedicated to advancing safety, inclusion, and accountability in the digital age. Hosted by the Centre for Social Research (CSR) and thye Trust & Safety Forum, the festival creates a collaborative space for government, industry, civil society, academia, and international organizations to engage meaningfully on emerging challenges at the intersection of technology, ethics, and human rights.

The inaugural edition, held in October 2025 in New Delhi, brought together over 200 participants from 15 countries to deliberate on the future of digital governance, child and youth safety, AI ethics, and the well-being of trust and safety professionals. Recognized as a pre-summit event for India’s AI Impact Summit, TASI reflects CSR’s commitment to ensuring that innovation goes hand in hand with safety, responsibility, and equity.

Rooted in CSR’s decades-long work on women’s empowerment, youth engagement, and digital rights, TASI extends this mission to the online ecosystem — working to build safer, more inclusive digital environments for all.
