Poushali Kundu completed her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (P.P.E) from Amity University, Noida, India. She holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies with a major in Economics of Development from the International Institute of Social Studies under the Erasmus University, The Hague, and The Netherlands.
She is passionate about women and children’s rights. Her area of interest includes advocacy on Women’s Rights at the grassroots level, Skill development initiative and public policy. Poushali joined CSR in 2018 as a Research Assistant. At present, Poushali assists in the coordination and implementation of the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Sports for Empowering Girls in five Gender Critical Districts of Haryana. At the same time, she works on the Women Security Guards and Office Assistant Training Programs under the Women Skill Development initiative of CSR. Previously, she had led Trainings on Online Safety at various universities in Delhi/NCR.
