. Internship applicants should also include two writing samples. No phone calls, please. At this time, CSR is looking for individuals to fill the following roles on an intern and/or volunteer basis: Media and Communication Intern or Volunteer Key Responsibilities
- Researching, compiling and writing content for print marketing and online communications
- Assisting in managing the organization’s social media presences
- Producing video, photo and written documentation of events
- Coordinating and copyediting contributions from other CSR team members
Special Responsibilities
- Exceptionally strong and flexible English-language writing skills
- Previous professional experience in social networking, blogging and/or writing
Gender Training Intern or Volunteer Centre for Social Research invites applications from students interested in interning with the Gender Training Institute (GTI) division from March onwards for a period of 3 months or more. Key Responsibilities
- Documenting training processes and procedures
- Developing supplementary reading materials for trainings
- Drafting session plans or training modules, and conducting research to augment trainings
- Occasional interaction and work with the community
Research Intern (Current students only) Centre for Social Research invites applications from students (M.Phil/ Ph.D) interested in interning with the Research Division from March onwards for a period of 3 months or more. Key Responsibilities
- Drafting proposals for new research projects
- Crafting overall research designs and creating specific research tools per project
- Conducting fieldwork data collection
- Processing and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data
- Writing reports and project documentation
Special Requirements
- Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, SPSS and Excel
- Hindi fluency a plus
Legal Intern (Current students only) Key Responsibilities
- Researching and analysing existing laws in and across Indian states
- Crafting written manuals and other materials on rights for individuals and groups
