Graphic Designer

  • Working with a wide range of media and using graphic design softwares (Photoshop and Corel Draw)
  • Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts for projects across the organisation

Job brief

We are looking for a creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our project needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of programmes, events, trainings.


  • Cultivate a solid body of work
  • Take the design "brief" to record requirements
  • Schedule project implementation
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
  • Amend final designs
  • Work as part of a team


  • Graphic designing experience
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects
  • Professionalism regarding time

Training Centre Coordinator – Women’s Skill Training Program, Gurugram

The Centre for Social Research (CSR) seeks a qualified individual to run daily operations for a newly launched skill training program based in Sector 44 Gurugram, Haryana. We are looking for someone who enjoys making sure that logistics run smoothly and keeping things organized. This person will handle incoming student registrations and orientation, make sure training schedules are maintained, coordinate with employers to place students in jobs, and generally make sure that all training logistics run smoothly. If you’re someone who enjoys working with students, believes in the value of learning, and finds satisfaction in coordinating day-to-day activities, we encourage you to apply.

The program is offering short-term courses for unarmed security guards focusing on women trainees, in alignment with CSR’s mission to empower women. This is a pilot launch with planned program continuation and expansion. As such, there will be scope for growth within the role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and monitoring with program trainers
  • Organizing and maintaining class schedules and student registration
  • Student communications, enrollment processing, records, attendance, placement coordination, and post training follow-up
  • Coordination and oversight of student assessment in coordination with the Sector Skill Council (assessment body)
  • Coordination and oversight of student transportation to and from training sites

Qualifications & Skills:

  • BA in related field
  • 1 -2 years experience in program coordination
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and be responsive to a range of stakeholders
  • Commitment to values of the organisation
  • Experience in execution of training programming, preferred
