in distress, what should you do?

exactly you are calling from
and what your problem is.
If
you have been raped, sexually
harassed, physically abused
or mentally tortured or teased
you have the right to demand
that your FIR be registered.
You
have the right to take some
friend or relative along with
you at the time of filling
of FIR.
You
have the right to read the
FIR, or have someone else
read it to you before you
sign it.
You
also are entitled to a copy
of the FIR free of cost.
You
can also approach senior police
officers or your area Magistrate
if the police refuses to register
your FIR.
You
should file the FIR in concerned
police station.
You
must contact an Non Governmental
Organizations (NGO) or Women Organisation
.If you are suffering from a problem

the police station directly then
