Awards and Recognition received by the staff of

for Social Research
Ms.
Rekha Dubey and Ms. Madhulika Sharma, Coordinators of
Etawah and Varanasi Education Programme for Adolescent Girls received
"Best teachers Award" from Rustamji Foundation on
August 27, 2004.
In
2002, the Indian Institute of Human Rights presented the
following CSR staff with the World Human Rights Promotion Award:

In
2002, the All India Crime Prevention Society (Delhi State)
awarded Ms.Babita Tyagi, a CSR Counsellor in Yamuna Pushta, a
Certificate of Merit for her outstanding contribution in the
field of social service.
The
Delhi Commission of Women (DCW), presented CSR an Award for
Commendable work in the field of Violence Against Women, on 18 January
2001.
The
Delhi Police awarded Mr.Sudhir Kumar Rai a Commendation
Card for doing exceptionally good work in the Investigation of Rape
cases during the year 2000.
Delhi
Commission for Women (DCW), chose CSR as the nodal agency for
Crisis Intervention Centre for rape victims of Southwest Delhi ,2000.
On the
occasion of International Women's Day in Brisbane, Australia in
1998, our community worker, Ms. Sumitra Devi received
Certificate of Recognition in gratitude and recognition for her work
of courage, dedication and commitment to the cause of women from
Chairperson Brisbane UNIFEM Coordination Committee, Australia.
CSR
Director was the recipient of The Africa Women Award Memorial
Award, in 1996 given to women for making important contributions
to humanity through their various works.
The
President of India, Giani Zail Singh gave the Honour of the
Nation Award, in 1990 to the CSR Director for her contribution
towards the empowerment of women.
